Telfer Pavement Technologies – Construction Division – McClellan focuses on both private and public work projects in CA and other states. TPT Construction can solve all your needs from vineyard roads to DOT projects. Applying many type of applications such as chip seals, slurry seals, microsurfacing and bonded wearing courses (BWC) TPT Construction has all the resources necessary to get the job done. Most importantly though, they have the people to get the job done right. With many years of experience starting with Vice President and General Manager, Karl Meyers, and continuing through every one of the operators and laborers, TPT Construction delivers each and every project with the highest of quality standards.
A great example of this quality of workmanship and delivery capability was the 2013 Roseville Arterial Microsurfacing program. TPT (then Windsor Fuel Company) started a slurry and microsurfacing division under the tutelage of Steve Olsen and Rich Burge. In its’ first year of operation this division captured the California Chip Seal Association’s prestigious award for the best Microsurfacing project in the state of California.
A second example is the Bonded Wearing Course project on Hwy 37 between Vallejo and Sonoma 121. This project had to be paved on weekends only and was completed ahead of schedule and to rave reviews. The project received the 2014 CCSA Quality Award for best BWC project. Caltrans District 4 is very happy with the project.
It is quality, experience and delivery that puts TPT Construction ahead of the competition.
